Welcome to The Tallahatchie 280! This property is surrounded by one of the largest continuous 2,000-acre blocks of woods in Tallahatchie County, MS. A tupelo gum and cypress brake snakes through thecenter of 280+/- acres of mixed timber, providing a unique setting for the avid hunter.This area in the Mississippi Delta is known for its big deer and is located in the Mississippi Flyway,situated roughly 1 mile west of the Tallahatchie River. Primarily managed for timber investment,minimal hunting pressure over the last decade has occurred.An abundance mature white, red, and pin oaks provide a food source for wildlife.
